  Maintence go above and beyond to help in the studios also Amanda property manager is very nice she goes above and beyond to help us tenants in the studios it's nice to have a property manager who is nice and listens thank you all for every thing you do for us

  The apartments themselves are great compared to others in the area. The only issues are the small kitchens and the poor appliances, specifically the shared washer and dryer.

  Two years ago: Let me start this off by saying that I love my apartment which is the only reason this is getting 2 stars BUT and a big but here...there is no regard for people living in this building by the management company. The apartment next to mine is being renovated, it's 10PM now and they are still making a ton of noise, sanding floors and what not. You have got to be kidding me with this. Do the work while people are at work and leave by 6PM. AND the maintenance response time is horrible. My AC unit went out right before the heat wave, had to call them 3 times before anyone would even put in a maintenance request. The first two times I called, no one actually put in the request and it took them several days to send anyone in to fix it. Not to mention, several times when they did come into the apartment, there was no note from maintenance, I only noticed because my floors were dirty and the thermostat temp was moved. The management of this property is horrible. I just moved here in March but I don't think I will stay after my lease expires unless something drastically changes. They also need to update the dingy hallways which smell horrible. It's sad because I really love my apartment and would hate to leave. Update 2/27/2018 I wanted to leave an update since I’m moved out now. They recently changed some people in the office at least from when I first moved in 2 years ago. The new people are a lot better and are more responsive. Only reason I’m gonna give this 3 stars. They do need to really work on getting the building updated. Hallways are very dingy and smelly. Also the bathtubs are reglazed and not very well done either so the bathtub never truly felt clean. If they put some work into these apartments it would be worth the rising prices.
